Do you offer tables, chairs, etc?

The Warehouse offers 5 long wooden pine tables and 50 black metal chairs. This arrangement seats up to 50 people.

Do you have a restroom?

The Warehouse has one restroom.

How do you handle set up + tear down?

The Warehouse is not responsible for setting up or tearing down any aspect of your studio or event rental. Tables and chairs will be stacked and can be distributed and set up according to your liking per event/rental. You are entirely responsible for the set up and tear down of your event.

Am I able to have open flame?

No open flame is allowed or permitted on premises.

Where do I park?

Parking is on-site and is right outside of our front doors, making your event and studio rental easily accessible and convenient for all of your decor + prop needs. There is also a parking lot on the opposing side of the building for any additional parking needs.

Am I able to bring in and serve alcohol?

Renter is able and welcome to bring in and serve alcohol. Renter understands they are held liable for any and all alcohol consumption, services and clean-up.

Is there a kitchen on the premises?

There is not currently a kitchen accessible on premises but renter is welcome to bring in any crockpots, coolers, etc.

Do I get additional time to set up?

Any and all event and studio booking time needs must be reserved by booking an appointment. There is no extended set up or tear down time outside of your rental. Need additional time? Head over to our booking page.
